Yes, there is always one (or in this case two) eye-roller(s) that will climb over a FENCE regardless of consequence.
I was secretly hoping they would take a few unwitting paces backward, but they didn't...

Everybody is blissed out in the Falls, I think, Phill. They're ready for anything. You walk down the street and everyone's smiling. Even me. Canadian side, of course. On the American side they're too busy worrying about how they might get anywhere near as many tourists as the Canadian side without being as crass and vulgar.

Perhaps Donald Trump will build them a wall.
