It's the base of a tumbler lit with a fairy light I tweaked it a bit and removed some stray bits of blue at one time I used to play quite a bit lighting things in a dark room, I have a pair of speed lights I don't use I should experiment. Years ago I went on a short night school course on light painting but you really need several people

I did a studio lighting workshop a few years back, but I've forgotten most of what I learned :-))

Now I'm doing a bit more tabletop photography, I need to sort of some proper lighting in due course.
