Squiggles

I love this little series Peter..............thanks for sharing.

My Dad muse to make rugs like these when I was a lad.........they were great to use on picnics and on top of groundsheets in our tents when we were camping!

LOL any picture with the title of "Squiggles" gets an A+ from me! :D I am the queen of coming up with ridiculous names for things and squiggles is a word I like to use if ever I have the chance! :D For this picture it's perfectly apt in all regards, and your photography is super! Love the clarity, colors and texture of this rug. Isn't it fun to reveal the world that macro shows us? I find it endlessly fascinating and surprising--and that's coming from someone who's totally passionate about macro and most of my pictures are this way...never-ending surprises await you, because you just can't imagine what things really look like until captured and examined with a macro lens!

Thank you for your wonderful comments Janet as you say macro and close up reveals wonderful things we don't normally notice or see, I like to try and take something a bit different occasionally it works usually it doesn't my kitchen window cill has lots of things I might take one day, dead flowers seed pods etc. Are you planning on touring for a few weeks at a time or spending a couple of years exploring your country
