Just a Hint of Autumn

A delightful avenue of trees in their autumn colours. About the same as in this area, many leaves are still green. Where is this? Have a good evening Peter.

It's the entrance to Calke Abbey it should be a wonderful walk but he National Trust have ruined it by having a car park next to the property it was getting dark when I took that normally it's like a motorway I never walk up that way it puts me in to bad a mood !!!!!! There is a tunnel under where I'm standing a horse drawn tramway took limestone products to the canal at Ashby-de-la Zouch the family didn't want to see the peasants crossing their drive so a big trench was dug a tunnel built in it then filled in
