It's Hazel, the garden wouldn't have had the Box hedging they haven't decided what the permanent edging will be

Thank you for your comments, I'm pleased you liked the latest addition to the gardens at Calke Abbey, in it's prime the garden would have produced everything the big house needed the estate was a self contained unit
