Hi Marie-Claire it's the Acanthus ( Bears Breeches) that I took the close up of, it's in my garden it doesn't get any attention it just cones up each year

They're pretty! Reach pretty impressive heights for flower stalks.... There are states in the US where this plant has been placed on the invasive species list. Wouldn't mind it invading my garden, though ;) Nicely captured!
