{OK} EHSI - JC (6b)

Jamie started his placement at Stanegate Restorations in March 2014, having been with us from another scheme, he stepped up to the opportunity when Stephen walked out before the end of his first month.

The first work - carried over from the previous placement - has been helping with the final stages of work on NSR61, mainly assisting with paint preparation and installing the roof.

The second project has been assisting with the modification of a traction engine canopy.

The current project is the Peterhead Convict Van. Jamie is working on a wide range of tasks with this restoration, ranging from cleaning off decades of rust etc, making and fitting timber repairs, and so on.

Jamie will be leaving in early March 2015, at the end of the EHSI scheme.
