Ships, seats / chairs etc

The Shields
- are full size, and used in combat re-enactments. The "Vikings" only concession to 'elf n saftea is that their weapons are not sharpened and lethal blows are not allowed (which didn't stop PGB coming back with some massive bruises !)
The (Saxon) Helmet is full size, and has two horsehair plumes when on formal display (Living History events).

The ship models are all freelance designs scratch built by Peter B. The images of the two Viking vessels and the Lady Jennifer are scanned from photographs.
