This looks like either the maker's image of what became F.37 or one taken very early in the carriage's life on the Manx Northern Railway. [Personally, I think this was taken by Hurst Nelson]
The doors have been opened to show the interiors. The level of luxury even for the third class passengers is noticeable - the padded seat backs, hat racks, mirrors and the generally high standard of finish.
