The rate of increase in numbers vaccinated has slowed significantly, especially for the first dose.
The take up of the boosters is still continuing, but still has room for improvement.
Note: that the over 75s, care home residents and a small number of other clinically extremely vulnerable people are being offered a second "spring" booster vaccine.

I am aware that Moderna are currently [March 2022] testing a modified version of their main vaccine [Spikevax] to determine effectiveness in protecting the recipient against infection by the covid-19 Omicron variant.
