Given that there are still a great many new cases, especially in areas outside London, I feel that this move is far too soon.
I consider that it, as with many other decisions by this tory government during the pandemic, have been driven by economics, not public health considerations.

Personally, because I'm in the older age group and share my home with people with vulnerabilities, I am continuing to WFH, wear my mask and have groceries etc delivered.
.
I will reduce my precautions when my risk assessment considerations [eg local case rates] indicate that it will be safe for me to do so.
I am double jabbed and I've had my booster - in fact, we all have had all our jabs.
