SoS[21] - Forsythia bush
![SoS[21] - Forsythia bush SoS[21] - Forsythia bush](https://cdn.ipernity.com/200/19/00/50811900.4478e5ec.640.jpg?r2)

My family has had this Forsythia bush for many decades and grown it in the gardens at several homes. Each time we planned to move house, a branch would be weighted down to "layer" it into a pot, rooting would take a couple of months. The "new" plant would then move house with us.
This specimen is currently pot-grown and is the latest plant to have moved in the way described, as well as supplying my parents-in-law with an off-spring. I intend to try for another two off-spring this year. One to plant out here and another for my brother, who is living in my late father's place. The one that I originally grew for my father died several years before he did.
