cvd - vaccine group timeline : updated April '21

The NHS vaccination rollout is now opening to the under 50s for the administration of the first vaccine dose, as the start of phase two. Plus some picking up of individuals not vaccinated earlier. Completion is expected by 31st July 2021.
Concurrently, second doses are being given to people in the phase one groups. [my second dose is planned for 5th May 2021]
