I wish all shops and other such places would enforce this rule, for all staff and all customers / visitors.
If you can't or won't wear a mask, then shop online.

In smaller shops the staff seem to be the biggest ignorers of the rules, if you travel by bus you are required to wear a mask so why not the drivers

We have good rules, but almost nobody controls it and humans are not able to act with personal responsibility, unfortunately.
