CAS[h] - Middleton schools
![CAS[h] - Middleton schools CAS[h] - Middleton schools](https://cdn.ipernity.com/200/74/78/50367478.94f7a4b8.640.jpg?r2)

Aerial view of Middleton, Leeds showing the two schools.
The upper one (to the east, I think) looks like the description CAS gave me of the Elementary School when he was a pupil there, ie a capital E, three wings (one each for Boys, Girls and Infants) linked by connecting halls.and rooms. At the time CAS attended school the leaving age was 14.
The lower / western school is much newer, and was the secondary school, at this time the elementary school became a primary school (the age division would be 11 in a two tier system).
NOT MY IMAGE, scanned from a print, that was with my late father's papers.
