A cracking drone shot Ed. I like the processing...........the HDR is obvious, but still quite subtle and not "over the top" like some I've seen.

Not bad from a drone Ed. When I see these high shots and indeed videos from these things I seriously think I should get one. Especially since I have a great affinity to aviation too.

It certainly adds another perspective to photography Herb. The problem these days is finding a place to fly them away from people and buildings iaw the drone code (uk) as well as registering the drone, taking and passing a test and optionally taking public liability insurance in case the worst happens.

Thanks for that ED. All food for though. I watched a massive one over North Stack Hollyhead and talked to its owner as he watched the live footage on his laptop? I also watched the live footage in HD on a small monitor as one skimmed a beautiful reflective lake whilst we were in Ireland a year or two back. In that I was somewhat envious of what I saw. Insurance etc does put me off though. I live in a built up area so I would always have to travel to use it.
