The front one is a marsh harrier, the rear one is probably a lapwing. I think the birds at the bottom right are lapwings too, they take to the air when a predator is around. There are a lot of wading birds here Jenny so its a lovely place to watch them. It is 15 minutes drive from my house so I can get there easily and there are some lovely places to eat lunch too :)
