Bridge over river Palguni
"Phalguni" (Sanskrit for "reddish, red")

Bridge (and the Fence) of the British era. About 100 years old


The bridge was too narrow for two vehicles to pass by. Hence the vehicle which entered the bridge will turn his head lights on, and the other vehicle will wait at the other end and let the vehicle pass. Those were the days, day time running lights were not invogue

Interesting view of the narrow bridge! It reminds me of other narrow bridges in a very different country - Iceland - where cars couldn't pass by each other! Belated HFF, Dinesh!
