Wade Miller - Deadly Weapon (Signet - 2nd printing)

First published in hardback by Farrar, Straus & Co. in 1946. The first paperback edition was published by Penguin in 1947, however the Penguin U.S. office had separated from the U.K. in 1948 to found the New American Library, of which Signet was the fiction imprint - therefore this 2nd printing (928) dated April 1952 appears as a Signet Book. Cover art by Leo Summers.
