Challenge "Rule of Thirds" closed, now on our way to "Symmetry" Symmetry in a photo can be two-sided or multi-sided, from an existing situation or achieved by manipulation of the photo itself. As an additional challenge, try to give it an extra creative boost.

Sunday challenge SC33 = Low key

Our next weeks challenge SC33 = Low key photography. So many beautiful ton-sur-ton contributions, big compliments for our fellow Sunday Challenge members! Next week we'll go for low key photography, that means abundant dark and minimal light tones with limited midtones. It can be both b/w and color; indoor or outdoor whatever you prefer.

SC32 sunday challenge = ton-sur-ton

Our next weeks challenge SC32 = Ton-sur-ton. Ton-sur-ton (French) means color on color in fashion, but also in -a wider sense- in art. So you can have fabrics with two or more nuances of the same color and paintings with the same color in a different intensity. In this image I used the effect four times, a one in a million opportunity. Notice the rest of the image is almost off-color to strengthen the effect.
