EE Class 37 diesel 37714 Cardiff Canton waits in platform 2 prior to taking the 15.00 train to Leicester, our last trip of three. Because of the risk of lineside fires the diesel had replaced the normal steam loco.

With no fire to tend to, after I had coupled up there wasn't much else for me to do so I had the chance to take a few shots under no time pressure.
