Steam in the mountains

My first visit to the Jitong Railway and the weather was quite warm by mid-afternoon. Luckily the constant firing required on trains ascending the Jinpeng section resulted in a good smoky exhaust on many occasions. I had climbed high up above the curved viaduct at Simingyi as this eastbound freight approached, and it had just left the viaduct when I shot this one.
