Found on the Mersey foreshore at Rock Ferry was his scarce example from a small brickworks at Llwyneinion (note different spelling from that on the brick), Rhosllanerchrugog near Ruabon.
The brick is rather battered and the quality of the product is not the highest with lots of small stone fragments mixed with the clay. The most likely works is that of Powell Brothers who commenced brickmaking at their Llwyneinion brickworks in November 1891.
