Narrow gauge at speed

The intention this day was to walk up the line from Tuoyaozi into the hills and over the summit to photograph a banked train coming up from Lixin. It was bright and the temperature was around -25c. As I was setting off came the sound of a train descending the hill and there was just time to move away from the line before this loaded coal train arrived at quite a speed. It still managed to stop in the village where the hand brakes on the wagons were released.
