o0o tranquil indeed ... a place to relax and enjoy and I imagine
the odd sound ... you turn and see a ripple ... a fish has come up
for air and then gone .. all is still again .... tranquil oOo

Early morning before the river comes to life with the rowing teams.....

and as the day came to a close
the river flowed onward until the moon rose
up in the sky amidst the stars
she cast the magic that everyone knows . . .
the birds were asleep except for the owls
little mice hurried home to escape the howls
of foxes calling through the night air
wondering wondering where oh where !

not write a poem ... sometimes the picture just
inspires me and out it comes without thinking,
