Visual awareness:
This is a very strong panel with a clear sense of approach and personal photographic style, well done. You have shown a good range of approaches and experimented well with texture and form. I particularly like images 5,6 and 7 for these qualities.
It is good to see the use of different viewpoints and perspectives and I would like to encourage this more to explore the texture and tangibility of the subject. This might also push the boundaries a little to give an unusual perspective on an everyday subject for yourself as a photographer as well as your audience.

Technical quality:

Generally there is a good understanding of the technical approaches needed and you have discussed these well in your written part.
Image 1 does show good control of exposure and colour balance as you have outlined. There is a good depth of field in both image 5 and 7 - both shallow and greater respectively, well done.
Have you been able to try using a polarising filter: for example on shots like number 8 if you wanted to give greater depth and remove reflections?
Do keep experimenting and having fun doing so, well done!
