She is terrified. I'm trying to get her used to outdoors in the daytime. She is very frightened and keeps trying to run back inside. She's been like this the 3 years since I rescued her. That is why I have the harness on her. She settled down and enjoyed the attention but ran straight inside once I took off the harness. Josie has been bullying her and this has caused her to remain skittish.
