Mysterious Tie-Dye Guy

Rumors have circulated for years about an elusive man wandering through the Mojave desert wilderness dressed in tie-dye. Most of these reports have been dismissed by authorities as heat-related delusions, yet the sightings continue. Determined to get to the bottom of this, I set off on a search with camera-in-hand. Day after day, I scoured the desert landscape with no luck. When I least expected it, I caught some movement out of the corner of my eye, and there he was! Quickly, I aimed and pushed the shutter button as the mysterious man swiftly vanished into the desert scrub brush.
Who is this man? After I sit on one of these granite "benches' for a rest, I shall continue my search to identify the tie-dye guy and learn about his life.
