This is an excellent picture, Dave !
You asked for constructive criticism, and I think it could benefit from a very slight crop at the top, so that the tree on the right is nicely rounded off without that extra bit sticking up. This would also bring the focus lower, so that the eye is more directed to the distant hills and sun.
