Colours


Fall colours are starting to appear. It will be sad to no longer have the colours of summer, but hopefully we will have a really beautiful Fall. If only someone would introduce Maple trees from eastern Canada to my province : ) Photo taken at the Reader Rock Garden on 21 August 2013.

Ha, the Maples do not grow in your area very well Anne ... Calgary/Edmonton has the Hardiness Zone of about 3a (too cold) ... here is the Hardiness Zone Map:
