Purple Avens / Geum rivale

There is just something I like about the Purple Avens flower - very unusual and rather delicate. I don't see this species very often - this particular plant was growing at Brown-Lowery Provincial Park on July 9th. Purple Avens is a native plant, belonging to the Rosaceae (Rose) family.
