Dwarf Hyacinth

Took this photo on 1st June in a friend's garden and kept avoiding posting it, as I'm not happy with it. Wherever I stood, I couldn't get a good composition - always part of another flower in the way. I have so much colour green on my photostream recently, so just wanted to add a splash of colour.

I am so late posting my photos today! I had been planning on totally collapsing yesterday after an insane week last week, out almost all the time and with barely any sleep. However, I ended up spending a few hours with my oldest daughter instead, some of them at Heritage Park here in the city. This evening, I fell asleep (more or less) sitting in front of the TV. Usually feel worse than ever when I do this, LOL. Now it's getting on for 10:00 p.m. and I still haven't had supper.
