A sight to behold

Just one of many in a flower bed at the Calgary Zoo. However, this one seemed perfect in my eyes and was near the paved path through the gardens, so I was able to get a plain background (which I usually can't do with my little point-and-shoot). Makes me think of a birthday cake for a 100-year-old, LOL! Loved the colour and texture of the petals.
