I couldn't decide what photo to use for my Canada Day wishes, but in the end thought I would use this photo of a wild Western Wood Lily, taken yesterday at Bow Valley Provincial Park. Everyone seems happy when they see these gorgeous flowers in bloom - beautiful splashes of bright orange, announcing to the world that they are finally in bloom after many months of winter. Tomorrow is supposed to be raining, which is why we decided to go to Brown-Lowery park today instead of tomorrow. Would have made a lovely Canada Day walk, if the forecast had been for sunny weather. Happy Canada Day, everyone! Stay safe!
