Feels like Christmas

I don't know what this plant is, but I think it's so pretty, with its tiny clusters of flowers and the gorgeous red leaf in the centre of the image. Red and green - feels like Christmas! Slender climber with red stems and tendrils. Leaves are ovate to lance-shaped, with heart-shaped bases, dark-green, zoned silver, gray, or pink above, and maroon beneath.
