Looking westward

A taste of the scenery that I was out in today, south of the city. As you can see, no snow left on the ground, which did feel good. Plenty left in the mountains. The Tundra Swans are back in the area again. Bald Eagles were flying. Horned Larks were flying and dropping to the fields. Grey Partridge seemed to appear from nowhere and then after a short flight, disappeared once again. All we need now is for the wildflowers to push up through the soil.
