I was out of the house just after 7:15 a.m. yesterday morning to go on a Christmas Bird Count. It was mostly in residential areas, which didn't give me exactly the best of foregrounds, but the sunrise colours were beautiful. Usually, I'm not up in time to see the best of a sunrise!
