The ship is called Garðar BA 64. It ist hought to be the oldest ship made of steel in Iceland. It was built in Norway as a whaling vessel one hundred years ago. Garðar was launched in Norway in 1912, the year Titanic sank in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Very nicely composed..............with the wreck positioned perfectly in the frame. The lighy is gorgeous and those hills in the background look fantastic.

The wreck is in remarkable condition considering how old it is and I love the peeling paint and the rust. A brilliant shot Annemarie..!!
