That looks like hard work! Is it done by shaking the branch or do they all have to be individually picked? I know nothing about olives!

A super image...........with a wonderfully scenic background.

We pick them with gloves and if too high with laders..... they fall on the ground on the nets..... long work. There are also meccanic hands .... but they ruin the branches..... Thanks for your interest. Happy saturday evening!

NEATO!!!! I have never ever seen an olive tree "in fruit", nor have I seen a harvest from one of these trees. My goodness, so many olives! :) My favorite pictures are the olives on the cloth and the close-up. What fun details!
