Ich finde es sehr schön, wenn bei aller Moderne die alten Gebräuche - Kirmes, Schützenfest, Maibäume, Martinszug, Martinsfeuer, Nikolaus und Hans Muff - beibehalten werden. Gleiches gilt für religiöse Prozessionen etc., ob man nun selber regelmäßiger Kirchgänger ist oder nicht. Eines meiner Lieblingszitate aus Filmen ist ein Satz im Plädoyer von John Quincy Adams in "Amistad": "Das was wir sind ist das was wir waren."
Und hätten die Urgroßmütter dieser Mädels bereits Smartphones gekannt: natürlich hätten sie davon Gebrauch gemacht...
