A day in the park... The weather was so inviting last weekend that I went three times to the rosary in the Rhododendron Park which I hadn't seen before. Well who thinks of roses when one goes to a rhododendron park... But it is a very nicely planned part of it - and really worth a visit. The benches on the low hill there are donations. The one where the ladies sit are a donation for the 80th birthday of a guy. So he has his own bench here now. ;) But Rosy is allowed to sit there as well.

Said the boy, "I'll now pick thee, Heathrose fair and tender!" Said the rosebud, "I'll prick thee, So that thou'lt remember me, Ne'er will I surrender!" Rosebud, rosebud, rosebud red, Heathrose fair and tender!

I couldn't resist the glistening grass this morning. It looked so happy and beautiful.
