Folder: Mining
In the Toiyabe Range, now within the Arc Dome wilderness area. The defunct waterwheel suggests activity before the widespread use of gasoline engines. A cabin farther upstream, off a fork of the main drainage to the south, is obviously more recent, however.

South Twin River, Toiyabe Range, Nevada. Presumably for operating a mill of some sort, probably for crushing ore. Obviously it antedates the use of gasoline engines! I'd guess latter 19th century.
