The Pacific Crest Trail north of the Sierra Buttes in California was recently (in the last few years) realigned to take it away from Jeep roads that were getting a lot of use (and impairing the hiking experience!) So of course we had to do the new section-- The haze apparent in a number of the pix is smoke from the California wildfires last fall.
