For Pam J. This one is off the Tahoe Rim Trail about a mile east of Watson Lake. Look at the inset for the scale! Sierra Nevada, California, north of Lake Tahoe.

Lake Tahoe sunset, with Moon

From Kings Beach, just a couple miles from the Nevada line. My wife's Iphone does a pretty good job in low light! The inset shows a slightly different view, looking pretty much due south.
