Western scrub jay fledgling.
Aphelocoma spp., probably Aphelocoma woodhouseii . In our front yard by our house; the green coils are a garden hose. This little guy evidently fell out of the nest and so far has survived several days. Hopefully his feathers grow out so he can fly.
