I read somewhere that they make a point of memorializing the "out of the mainstream" sites, like poor farms (as here).

We were staying in Bridgeport once when the Clampers were in town, tho. At least they weren't as rowdy as your typical motorcycle gang! ;)

I debated joining a chapter for that reason, they do some wonderful documentation of the railroads in the early 1900's. But, joining them requires going through some sort of initiation ritual and going to meetings in funny costumes....
