In Pahranagat Wash above Arrow Canyon proper. Looking west to the Sheep Mtns (skylined). Southern Nevada, USA. The dark green shrub is creosote bush (Larrea tridentata; en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creosote_bush), which is a characteristic plant of the lower Mojave Desert.
