Columbia River/Lake Celilo

Looking southeasterly from the Washington (state) side into Oregon. The island is probably Miller Island. Lake Celilo is created by The Dalles Dam on the Columbia and is named after a set of falls and cataracts inundated by the dam. A barge is moving upstream, perhaps bound for Lewiston, Idaho.
