Not Russian

The forward fuselage section of an old Israeli Arkia Airlines, British Vickers Viscount turboprop airplane in a Tucson, Arizona scrapyard.
Thanks to Diane Putnam for identifying the letters as Hebrew and not Russian as I had first thought.

Thanks for adding to Industrial Scenery!
With some searching I found that it was from the Israeli airline "Arkia" (the ia of their logo is in red) and appears to be an old British Vickers Viscount turboprop airliner.
