I found this canister near the spacecraft.
I don't know if it is fuel for the ship or a beverage to help the aliens adjust to Earth's gravity.
Either way it tasted terrible!

I could find very little information about these structures, but what little I could find suggests that it was a failed venture to manufacture semiconductor products. The saucer had offices and restrooms at one time and the big caterpillar domes were manufacturing buildings.
